We have been customers of Boost My Shop for many years and are very satisfied. Especially the support is excellent. The reaction times are very short, tickets are usually answered immediately. Above all, solutions to problems have always been provided. By the multilingual support staff even complex topics are discussed and explained in detail and understandably by phone, Skype or e-mail – many thanks to Candice :)
We turned to BMS support when our developers were having difficulty troubleshooting an error which was impacting our sales considerably. The support team were very responsive and persisted with us until the issue was resolved and also offered help and guides for other issues. We were very happy to have the issue resolved.
We’ve been using a few products from BMS for some years now, having moved from the embedded ERP to their cloud-based Connect system (and some ancillary extensions too). Connect is the core software running our warehouse: all those in Dispatch use it all day long. It is quick and they find it easy to use. One thing I like about BMS is that, as a user, you aren’t too far removed from the developers as this company had demonstrated over the years an interest in continual development of its software.
Like any software, it can have a few minor issues here and there – unlike most though, BMS is responsive in addressing issues that come up. Connect in particular is very stable and does almost all that we want (we always want more). We’re very happy with Connect – it has taken the load away from our servers and we no longer have to manage our own updates to this complex software.
