How Colis Privé fits with myFulfillment
What is Colis Privé?
Colis Privé is a parcel carrier for e-commerce merchants, with home and pickup-point delivery services. Its merchant portal is called MCP, short for Mon Colis Privé; automated shipping uses the Colis Privé Web Service. myFulfillment connects that service to warehouse execution: parcel data is sent after checks, the PDF returns to the packing station, tracking is added to the shipment, and customer service can consult status data without copying references between tools.
Your operations cover orders, stock updates, and label creation.

Colis Privé for orders from every channel
Any eligible order already in myFulfillment can ship with Colis Privé, regardless of its source channel. Preparation stays in the OMS/WMS, the label request leaves during packing, and tracking is added back to the shipment. Store and marketplace combinations appear further down the page.
myFulfillment runs the picking, Colis Privé prints the label
When the parcel is closed, myFulfillment sends its data to Colis Privé, retrieves the label URL and tracking number, then downloads the PDF for printing at the packing station.

Colis Privé tracking is retrieved whenever the service is queried
See the featureFor Colis Privé, myFulfillment puts 24-hour home delivery, 48-hour home delivery, and 48-hour pickup-point delivery side by side, each with its price and estimated delivery date, before the label is created. Those prices come from your contract, not from a quote returned by Colis Privé.

When Colis Privé is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference
For a warehouse team, the value is the direct handoff between the order, the Colis Privé Web Service, and the packing station, with limits around pickup points and returns.
- PDF label and parcel number returned in the same operation
- Tracking history and dates available from the shipment
- Three configurable services using the merchant's contract prices
- The buyer's selected pickup point is not carried through to the label.
- Colis Privé return labels are not generated automatically.
- Prices come from account configuration, not from a live carrier quote.

How our customers use Colis Privé day to day
Day to day, the team prepares orders in myFulfillment, selects a Colis Privé service enabled on its contract, and closes the parcel. The request then goes to the carrier; the PDF label and tracking number are added to the shipment before printing.
An order already in myFulfillment goes through the same handoff to Colis Privé whether it came from a connected store or marketplace.
The operator chooses 24-hour home delivery, 48-hour home delivery, or 48-hour pickup-point delivery based on the rules and prices configured on the carrier account.
Customer service can consult Colis Privé tracking history, the current status, and available dates from the shipment attached to the order.
Connect Colis Privé to your other tools, via myFulfillment
myFulfillment sits in the middle, so Colis Privé can create labels for orders received from your sales channels. A few live pairings below.
Connect Colis Privé to myFulfillment, step by step
- 1Open a Colis Privé business account or ask the carrier to enable Web Service access for your contract.
- 2In myFulfillment, enter the username, password, customer code, and account identifier supplied by Colis Privé.
- 3Choose the test or production environment, then run the connection check.
- 4Map your shipping rules to the 24-hour home delivery, 48-hour home delivery, or 48-hour pickup-point delivery services enabled on the account.
- 5Test one order through PDF label generation and tracking-number retrieval before starting regular processing.
A business account and Web Service access supplied by Colis Privé are required. The integration covers three services, PDF labels, and tracking. The buyer's selected pickup point is not carried through to the label, and Colis Privé return labels are not generated automatically.
Colis Privé: frequently asked questions
Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, worldwide selling and shipping: answers on the Colis Privé integration.
MCP means Mon Colis Privé, the merchant portal Colis Privé presents for shipment tracking. Automation uses its Web Service. MOP is for route management for delivery partners; it is not the merchant connection path used by myFulfillment.
Prepare the username, password, customer code, and account identifier supplied by Colis Privé. Setup also distinguishes the test environment from production. myFulfillment checks these details with the Colis Privé service before the first shipment.
After parcel checks, myFulfillment sends the shipment reference in the Web Service OrderID field, together with the recipient, address, weight, and shipping parameters. Colis Privé returns a label URL and parcel number; the PDF is downloaded and printed at the packing station.
Three services are available in myFulfillment: 24-hour home delivery, 48-hour home delivery, and 48-hour pickup-point delivery. Operational availability depends on your Colis Privé contract and the configuration of your account.
myFulfillment queries Colis Privé using the parcel number. The response can supply the event history, current status description, the date of that status, and the planned delivery date.
No. myFulfillment uses the prices entered on your carrier account for its enabled services, not a quote returned by Colis Privé. Your commercial terms remain those of your contract.
Not automatically. The 48-hour pickup-point service is available, and Colis Privé publishes Web Service operations for finding pickup points. However, myFulfillment does not carry the buyer's selected point through to the label.
Colis Privé offers returns, and myFulfillment can track a return operation. Colis Privé return labels are not generated automatically from myFulfillment, so plan that requirement with the team during scoping.
