Sell on Temu with connected orders, inventory and shipping

The Temu connector links the seller account to myFulfillment without changing daily warehouse work. The Boostmyshop module imports products and orders, synchronizes inventory in the selected direction, then confirms shipments with tracking. Pricing remains outside the published scope.

Overview

How Temu fits with myFulfillment

What is Temu?

Temu is a general-purpose marketplace open to local sellers across several regions. Merchants retain their account, obligations and channel rules in Temu Seller Center. Once authorized, myFulfillment centralizes the imported catalog, orders, selected inventory direction and logistics execution. This page documents the connector that is actually available; it does not claim product publishing to Temu or repricing.

Temu with myFulfillment

Temu remains the seller channel. myFulfillment receives the catalog and orders, organizes inventory and warehouse work, then the Boostmyshop module sends the shipment confirmation back.

For Temu, I first decide which inventory is authoritative. Import and export both exist; without a clear rule, we create two sources of truth.

The integration suits Temu sellers who want to attach the channel to their logistics operation without confusing inbound catalog, bidirectional inventory and pricing.

See how the Temu integration fits into your operations

In practice

How our customers use Temu day to day

The integration is useful when Temu must join an operation already organized around inventory, warehouses and carrier accounts. The marketplace manager retains Temu rules while operators process orders in their usual myFulfillment queues.

01
Receive Temu orders with their reference

The feed queries changed orders, applies the selected import statuses and creates actionable OMS records.

02
Choose which quantity is authoritative

The merchant enables either Temu inventory import into a designated warehouse or myFulfillment availability export to Temu, depending on the architecture.

03
Fulfill under existing warehouse rules

The order follows the picking, checking, labeling and carrier-selection rules already configured in myFulfillment.

04
Confirm a complete or partial parcel

The shipment feed sends Temu the carrier, tracking, warehouse and lines that were actually dispatched.

Getting started

Connect Temu to myFulfillment, step by step

  1. 1Create your account in the European Temu Seller Center, complete the seller application and wait for approval.
  2. 2Confirm the account region and selected fulfillment model with Temu before configuring any feeds.
  3. 3With the Boostmyshop team, enter the region, application key and secret, then authorize myFulfillment through OAuth in Temu Seller Center.
  4. 4Map the store, order states, shipping methods, Temu warehouse and carriers; also choose the inventory direction.
  5. 5Test one product, one order, every enabled inventory direction and one shipment confirmation before enabling regular feeds.
Before you connect

An approved Temu seller account, region, application key and secret, and OAuth authorization are required. The confirmed connector imports products and orders, supports both inventory directions and sends shipment confirmation with tracking. The inventory direction is selected during setup. Product publishing, pricing and synchronization with Temu returns are not claimed.

Romain Nury

I validate Temu shipping with a real test parcel: warehouse, carrier, tracking and partial dispatch must stay consistent.

FAQ

Temu: frequently asked questions

Pricing, setup, order and stock sync, carriers, worldwide selling and shipping: answers about the Temu integration.

After the seller account is approved, the Boostmyshop team configures the Temu module in myFulfillment and starts OAuth authorization in the regional Seller Center. Products and orders can then enter the configured operating feeds.

The European Temu Seller Center lets you create an account and submit the application. Temu requests business or seller information, supporting documents and store details before approval.

Configuration requires the region, application key and secret. In production, the merchant then authorizes myFulfillment through OAuth in Temu Seller Center; the Boostmyshop team assists with feed setup.

The module queries updated orders and applies the rules mapped to Temu statuses. Selected orders are created in myFulfillment with their external reference and processing data.

Yes, from Temu to myFulfillment. The feed reads active and inactive SKUs, then creates or updates available data. This page does not claim product publishing from myFulfillment to Temu.

Two separate feeds exist. One imports Temu quantity into a designated myFulfillment warehouse; the other sends Temu the calculated quantity for mapped SKUs. The useful direction is selected during configuration.

Yes. Once imported, the order can follow the merchant’s OMS, WMS and shipping rules: assignment, picking, checking, carrier selection, labeling and dispatch. These are myFulfillment capabilities after order receipt.

Yes. The confirmation feed sends the carrier, tracking number, dispatch warehouse and relevant lines. The connector also handles the signal for a partial shipment.

myFulfillment can track an order return through its own workflow, from request to inspection. Synchronization with the Temu returns system is not confirmed and remains outside the published scope.

Not in the published scope of this integration. Connector code confirms products, orders, shipments and inventory, but no outbound price feed. The merchant therefore continues to manage prices in Temu.
