PrestaShop ERP integration for orders, stock and pricing

PrestaShop remains your storefront. myFulfillment centralizes orders, inventory, picking and shipping, then returns quantities and tracking on documented schedules. myPricing monitors competing offers and publishes only approved prices. You gain an ERP-grade operations layer without replacing the catalog, checkout or customer-facing store.

Overview

How PrestaShop fits with myFulfillment

What is PrestaShop?

PrestaShop is a commerce platform, not a full ERP. It remains responsible for the storefront, catalog, products, orders and checkout. myFulfillment handles the operational work after the sale: order orchestration, warehouse locations, controlled picking, purchasing, shipping, available inventory and tracking. myPricing adds competitor monitoring and a separate approved-price feed. Together they provide OMS, WMS and TMS capabilities behind PrestaShop without claiming to cover accounting, payroll or HR.

A PrestaShop order enters the same queue as your marketplaces. myFulfillment applies the configured picking and shipping process, then returns confirmation and tracking. The gallery keeps each carrier pairing on its own integration surface.

I start with one complete PrestaShop order: import, picking, inventory response and tracking. That path exposes the mappings to fix before scheduling.

Our verdict

When PrestaShop is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference

PrestaShop remains the storefront. The decision is how much operational depth the business needs behind it. myFulfillment fits teams centralizing orders, warehouses, purchasing and shipping; myPricing adds a separate pricing path.

Strengths · Limits
Strengths
  • Documented schedules for products, orders, quantities and tracking
  • A Webservices core that does not require a myFulfillment module
  • A clear boundary between myFulfillment operations and myPricing decisions
Limits
  • Feeds are scheduled: products roughly hourly, orders roughly every five minutes and inventory at the selected export interval.
  • PrestaShop Advanced Stock Management is not compatible with this connector.
  • Returns live in myFulfillment without documented PrestaShop write-back.

In practice

How our customers use PrestaShop day-to-day

PrestaShop stays the commerce system while myFulfillment becomes the operations workspace. Teams consolidate orders, release warehouse work, select shipping and maintain the sellable quantity there. myPricing keeps a separate decision path for each market's prices.

01
Consolidate stores and marketplaces

PrestaShop orders join the other channels in one queue. Status, payment and shipping mappings send each order into the intended fulfillment process.

02
Share inventory across warehouses

myFulfillment totals only the selected warehouses and recalculates availability after each movement. It queues the quantity for the next scheduled inventory export to PrestaShop.

03
Control prices market by market

myPricing compares offers for the PrestaShop catalog, proposes a position and publishes the decision only after the price feed is activated.

Getting started

Connect PrestaShop to myFulfillment, step by step

  1. 1Open the official myFulfillment PrestaShop guide, enable Webservices and create an API key with the listed permissions; the core connection requires no module.
  2. 2In myFulfillment, add the PrestaShop integration, enter the store and key, then test the connection.
  3. 3Map order states, shipping methods and payments, then choose the stores and warehouses that feed inventory.
  4. 4Run the initial import and check one order, quantity and tracking reference. Then schedule products hourly, orders about every five minutes and inventory exports at the required interval.
  5. 5For pricing, install PricingLab Agent separately, enter the token, map the catalog and activate publication only after the strategy is approved.
Before you connect

The core connector uses PrestaShop Webservices and needs no module. The optional Connect module adds back-office views and selected relay codes; PricingLab Agent serves myPricing only. The guide covers PrestaShop 1.5 through the current release, including multistore, but excludes Advanced Stock Management.

Romain Nury

Before inventory export goes live, we decide which warehouses count toward PrestaShop availability. That rule prevents overselling from the start.

FAQ

PrestaShop: frequently asked questions

Pricing, setup, order and stock sync, carriers, international: answers on the PrestaShop integration.

No. PrestaShop handles commerce: catalog, storefront, orders and checkout. myFulfillment adds OMS, WMS, purchasing and shipping operations; myPricing adds market monitoring and controlled price publication. Finance, payroll and HR remain outside the scope.

Products are imported about hourly and orders about every five minutes. Each inventory change queues the sellable quantity, which the scheduled export then sends to PrestaShop. Shipped status and tracking return at shipping confirmation.

Not for the core connector: it uses Webservices and a scoped API key. The Connect module is optional for inventory and fulfillment views inside PrestaShop and for selected relay codes.

Yes, the guide documents multistore. In myFulfillment, you choose which warehouses contribute to the quantity returned to each store. PrestaShop Advanced Stock Management is not supported.

myFulfillment uses imported sales and inventory to forecast demand, calculate days of cover, prepare a supplier order and check receiving. Those operations stay in myFulfillment.

Yes, through PricingLab Agent. myPricing maps the catalog, monitors competing offers and can publish the selected price once publication is explicitly activated. myFulfillment never changes selling prices.

myFulfillment can manage the return request, reason, label, receiving, inspection and decision. The documentation does not confirm automatic write-back into a PrestaShop return object.

The optional Connect module passes documented relay codes for Boxtal, Mondial Relay, Colissimo and DPD France. Test the carrier and checkout module used by your store during acceptance.

Start by checking compatibility between the PrestaShop and PHP versions. The official diagnostic linked under useful resources explains that check and a specific PHP 7.4 fix.

The current guide states PrestaShop 1.5 through the current release and includes multistore. It explicitly excludes Advanced Stock Management. Always confirm the exact version during acceptance.
