Shopify ERP for order and warehouse operations
Shopify runs the storefront and checkout. myFulfillment gives the operation an OMS and WMS behind it: orders enter one queue, barcode checks protect each pick, and inventory plus tracking return to Shopify. myPricing adds competitor monitoring and publishes only the prices your team approves.

How Shopify fits with myFulfillment
What is Shopify?
Shopify is a commerce platform, not an ERP. It owns the storefront, catalog and checkout. myFulfillment handles the operational work after the sale: Shopify order management, warehouse locations, barcode-checked picking, shipping, inventory updates and tracking write-back. That makes it an ERP-grade operations layer, with an OMS and WMS focused on fulfillment rather than finance, HR or accounting. Shopify stays customer-facing while the warehouse team works from one queue. For pricing teams, myPricing monitors competing offers and publishes an approved selling price through its separate Shopify app.

Shopify orders, one operating flow
A Shopify order joins the same fulfillment queue as your other sales channels. myFulfillment applies the configured carrier process, prints the label and returns tracking to the store. The gallery below owns the carrier pairings.

See the featureFor each Shopify order, the picking sheet and carrier label are printed together. Before dispatch, a scan checks the parcel's contents, and the parcel leaves only when they match the order.
See the featureFor each Shopify order, a routing rule selects the carrier based on weight, destination and the promised delivery time. The rule applies directly, with no manual decision required for each parcel.

See the featuremyFulfillment keeps one inventory pool for Shopify and the store counter. An in-store sale reduces that pool, then the updated quantity returns to the storefront.
Store checkout updates the inventory export sent to Shopify
See the featureWith the myWebPOS module, a Shopify order can be fulfilled by the store holding the item: in-store pickup, transfer between stores or shipping from the store nearest the customer.
See the featuremyPricing monitors competitor prices for the products sold on Shopify and proposes a new position. An operator makes the call before the storefront changes.
See the featureAfter approval, myPricing publishes the repositioned price to Shopify through the official Boostmyshop app. myFulfillment continues to handle quantities, never retail prices.

When Shopify is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference
Shopify remains the storefront. The decision is how much operational control you need behind it. myFulfillment is the focused option when order management, warehouse execution, inventory and shipping matter more than a company-wide ERP scope.
- One fulfillment queue for Shopify and the other channels you operate
- Barcode checks through picking, followed by carrier tracking in Shopify
- Inventory updates from selected warehouses, with optional repricing through myPricing
- Shopify orders enter through scheduled feeds, on a cycle of about five minutes.
- Available unit counts are sent. Shopify retains its in-stock status and the rules tied to it.
- The return is handled in myFulfillment; recording it in Shopify's returns object remains a manual step.

How our customers use Shopify day-to-day
Shopify remains the selling system. The operations team works in myFulfillment to release orders, verify picks, print the selected carrier label and keep inventory accurate. Store sales draw from the same pool. Pricing decisions stay in myPricing, with an operator approving each change before publication.
Keep Shopify live while warehouse locations and inventory move into myFulfillment. Orders then follow the new picking and shipping process without rebuilding the storefront.
A counter sale reduces the same available inventory used by Shopify. The revised numeric quantity returns to the storefront through the normal inventory export.
myPricing monitors competitors for the products sold on Shopify and proposes a new position. Your team approves the price before the app publishes it.
The brand needed to leave its 3PL without taking Shopify offline, while regaining control of inventory and picking errors.
The move from 3PL to an in-house warehouse took 3 days. The first order shipped on day 4. Mispicks fell from 3-4 % to under 0.5 %.

myFulfillment sits in the middle, so your Shopify orders leave with the right carrier label and tracking flows back to the store. A few live pairings below.
Connect Shopify to myFulfillment, step by step
- 1Add Boostmyshop myFulfillment to the store from its Shopify App Store listing.
- 2Open the Shopify integration wizard in myFulfillment and link the store.
- 3Align Shopify order states with the shipping and payment values used by myFulfillment.
- 4Choose the warehouses that feed Shopify inventory and configure shipping confirmation.
- 5Test an order, an inventory change and the tracking write-back before scheduling the feeds.
The connected flow covers paid orders, product data, numeric inventory, shipping confirmation and tracking. It does not push an availability status or automate Shopify returns. Retail prices belong to myPricing, never myFulfillment.
Shopify: frequently asked questions
Pricing, setup, order and stock sync, carriers, international: answers on the Shopify integration.
No. Shopify is a commerce platform for the storefront, catalog and checkout. An ERP reaches into company management and operations. myFulfillment fills the operational gap behind Shopify with order orchestration, warehouse execution, inventory updates and tracking. It does not add finance, HR or accounting.
A full ERP is not the automatic next step. If the pain sits in orders, inventory, picking and shipping, an OMS and WMS may cover the job without taking over finance or HR. The Shopify connector is included with myFulfillment; myPricing is a separate module.
Use an OMS to orchestrate orders across channels. Use a WMS to run locations, picking and packing. A full ERP also covers wider company functions. myFulfillment combines the OMS and WMS work behind Shopify, while accounting and finance remain outside its scope.
Install the official Boostmyshop myFulfillment app from the Shopify App Store. Then use the myFulfillment integration wizard to map order states, shipping and payment methods, choose the warehouses feeding inventory and test each feed before scheduling it.
myFulfillment connects Shopify order management to warehouse locations, barcode-checked picking, carrier labels and inventory updates. It can total selected warehouses before returning a numeric available quantity to Shopify. The transport contracts remain with your carriers.
myFulfillment imports paid Shopify orders on an ≈ 5 min cycle. The warehouse operator scans the location, item and destination, then issues the carrier label. Shopify receives the fulfilled status and tracking number when that label is created.
Choose based on the control your team needs. A 3PL owns warehouse execution; an in-house operation owns the locations, scan checks, packing and investigation of errors. myFulfillment supports the second model while Shopify stays live as the storefront.
Shopify orders can enter the same preparation queue as your other sales channels. At packing, myFulfillment follows the configured carrier flow, prints the label and returns tracking to Shopify. The carrier combinations are listed in the page gallery.
myFulfillment never changes retail prices; it sends inventory quantities. myPricing is the separate pricing module. It monitors competitors, proposes a new position and publishes to Shopify only after an operator approves the price through the official Boostmyshop app.
