How Cultura fits with myFulfillment

What is Cultura?

SOCULTUR operates the Cultura marketplace in France. It brings together approved professional sellers offering new and used cultural and leisure products. Cultura selects sellers and brands, identifies the merchant on each product page, and assigns that merchant responsibility for the sale, shipment, and after-sales service of its offers.

FAQ

Cultura: frequently asked questions

Cultura asks professional sellers to complete its application form. The retailer selects sellers and brands that share its values and meet its expectations for product quality and customer service.

SOCULTUR, a French company registered with the Bordeaux trade register under number 519 780 795, operates the Cultura marketplace as an intermediary between buyers and approved professional sellers.

The marketplace terms cover new and used cultural and leisure products. Cultura selects each seller and brand before opening the account.

The seller confirms or refuses an order no later than 48 hours after Cultura sends it. Without a response in that window, the buyer may treat the order as not accepted.

Cultura’s marketplace information says sellers normally answer customer questions within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Configuration uses the Cultura seller account’s API key and Shop ID. The Boostmyshop team then connects the channel to the myFulfillment account.

The feed retrieves updated orders from the connected account. If an eligible order does not exist in myFulfillment, the module creates the customer and order; automatic acceptance can also be enabled.

myFulfillment builds a file that pairs the Cultura seller reference with available inventory, then submits it to the marketplace account’s offer import.

When a parcel ships, myFulfillment writes the carrier, tracking number, and tracking link to the Cultura order, then confirms shipment. The customer can view that tracking in the Cultura account.

Cultura states that customers have 14 days from delivery to return a marketplace order to the seller. The seller then confirms the refund after receiving the product.
