Overview

How Fnac / Darty fits with myFulfillment

What is Fnac / Darty?

Fnac and Darty operate seller marketplaces on Mirakl technology, with their own commercial terms, seller portal and back-office access. The Boostmyshop module connects each configured Fnac or Darty seller account to myFulfillment for offer import, order handling, inventory export and shipment confirmation. Warehouse teams can then use cross-docking, carrier labels and purchasing workflows on eligible orders. The seller portal remains the system for onboarding, catalog eligibility, commissions, incidents and marketplace rules.

Fnac and Darty offers, orders and warehouse updates

Fnac and Darty use Mirakl technology, but seller access, commercial rules and channel mappings remain specific to Fnac Darty. The Boostmyshop setup therefore treats each configured seller channel as its own operating scope.

Fnac Darty remains responsible for seller admission, category eligibility, subscription terms, commissions and marketplace incidents. Boostmyshop controls only the configured operational flows described on this page.
