Sell on Leroy Merlin: orders, inventory and pricing

The dedicated Mirakl integration retrieves Leroy Merlin orders and creates the corresponding orders in myFulfillment. Subsequent synchronizations apply the status received from the channel.

The inventory synchronization builds a Leroy Merlin offer with the SKU and quantity to publish, then sends it to the seller account through the Mirakl API.

When a Leroy Merlin order ships, the Boostmyshop module sends the carrier and tracking number back to the channel. The seller remains responsible for the delivery promise.

Carrier and tracking to Leroy Merlin · after dispatch

Once Leroy Merlin orders are imported, the buyer can use myFulfillment sales analysis to prepare replenishment, create purchase orders, and track receipts.

At the packing station, the operator selects the Leroy Merlin order and generates the carrier label in the format configured in myFulfillment.

For a Leroy Merlin order, the team compares carrier costs in myFulfillment by weight, delivery speed, and zone, then selects the appropriate service before dispatch.

To process a return for a Leroy Merlin order in myFulfillment, the team opens a return case, records the reason, receives and inspects the item, then decides whether to refund or exchange it.

Leroy Merlin orders draw from the same operational inventory as other channels connected to myFulfillment. Allocation rules define the share available to each channel.

Shared multi-warehouse inventory · buffers defined by the seller

On Leroy Merlin, myPricing collects competing offers and their prices. The team compares those observations with its catalog before adjusting the channel strategy.

myPricing calculates a Leroy Merlin price using channel commission and the seller’s costs. The Boostmyshop agent sends it without crossing the configured margin boundaries.
