How Mondial Relay fits with myFulfillment
What is Mondial Relay?
Mondial Relay is the French out-of-home delivery specialist, part of the InPost group: 33,000 Points Relais and 50,000 Lockers across 10 European countries, up to 30 kg per parcel. myFulfillment operates the other half of the journey for merchants fulfilling from France: each channel hands over the chosen relay ID, labels print through the official Web Service on your contract, packing is barcode-checked and returns are tracked back to the warehouse.
Orders, stock, picking and barcode-checked packing.
Applies your carrier rule and prints the Mondial Relay label at packing.
Home or pickup-point delivery, tracking sent back to the sales channel.
Mondial Relay with any sales channel
Mondial Relay via myFulfillment takes orders from any sales channel or marketplace that feeds myFulfillment, wherever the store is managed from. The order comes down with its Point Relais ID, the label prints on your Mondial Relay contract, then tracking goes back to the channel and the customer. The combinations by channel, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento and more, are detailed below.
myFulfillment runs the picking, Mondial Relay prints the label
myFulfillment calls the official Mondial Relay Web Service (WSI2_CreationEtiquette, WSI2_GetEtiquettes) at the packing station: the label prints in A4, A5 or 10x15, on the merchant's own contract linked through its CONNECT credentials.
See the featuremyFulfillment polls Mondial Relay tracking through WSI2_TracingColisDetaille and writes it back to the original sales channel: the customer follows the parcel to the Point Relais or Locker and the store fires its shipping notification.
Outbound: tracking number back to the sales channel; status polled via WSI2_TracingColisDetaille.
See the featurePoint Relais and Locker lookup through WSI4_PointRelais_Recherche or the official widget, across 33,000 Points Relais and 50,000 Lockers in Europe: the relay ID picked at checkout follows the order all the way to the Mondial Relay label.
See the featureThe Mondial Relay return label is created for the customer from CONNECT or the API; they drop the parcel at a Point Relais or Locker and the return is tracked back to the warehouse.
See the featureThe Mondial Relay Web Service exposes no rate-quote operation: myFulfillment applies the merchant's contract grid, by weight and destination, inside its carrier selection rules.
See the featureOrders from every channel, stores (official PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento modules) and marketplaces alike, land in myFulfillment with their Point Relais ID, then the Mondial Relay shipment goes out through WSI2_CreationExpedition.
Inbound: validated, paid orders carrying their Point Relais ID, about every 5 minutes.
See the featureWhen the Mondial Relay shipment leaves for its Point Relais, myFulfillment records the stock movement and rebroadcasts availability to the connected stores and marketplaces; no selling price ever rides this flow.
Outbound: stock state to stores and marketplaces, once the parcel is handed over.
See the featureReceiving to shipping with no storage: an awaited supplier order leaves again as soon as the goods arrive, Mondial Relay label included, the Point Relais ID already carried by the order.

When Mondial Relay is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference
Our operator's read: Mondial Relay solved out-of-home delivery; what is left to run is the multi-channel operation around the network, from relay ID to label.
- A dense out-of-home network, Points Relais and Lockers, in France and 9 other European countries
- An official, documented Web Service plus modules for the main e-commerce platforms
- Simple returns for the customer: drop-off at a point or Locker, tracked to the warehouse
- Each official module covers a single storefront: in a multi-channel setup, marketplace relay IDs must be re-keyed by hand
- No rate-quote operation in the Web Service: your contract grid has to live in your shipping tool

How our customers use Mondial Relay day-to-day
Merchants shipping from a French warehouse or 3PL treat Mondial Relay as their default out-of-home mode: the order lands with its relay ID whatever the channel or country, the operator scans, the label prints in the right format and the customer gets the tracking link.
Marketplace orders arrive with the pickup point already set: the ID travels through the OMS to the Mondial Relay label, where a single-store module forces manual copying.
A Berlin or Madrid order ships out-of-home on the same Mondial Relay connection as a Paris one: carrier rules route each parcel by destination and weight across the 10 covered countries.
The scan confirms the right product before myFulfillment calls the Mondial Relay label operation: labels only print for correct parcels, and tracking leaves for the customer right away.
The Mondial Relay connection is set up once with the CONNECT credentials; new stores or marketplaces then plug into myFulfillment without touching the carrier side.
The relay ID picked at checkout gets lost between the marketplace and the label, re-keyed by hand portal by portal.
Centralized preparation where the relay ID follows the order to the label, barcode check included, with myFulfillment.

myFulfillment sits in the middle, so Mondial Relay works with any sales channel that feeds it: every order comes in from a channel, leaves with the right Mondial Relay label, and tracking flows back to the customer. A few live pairings below.
Connect Mondial Relay to myFulfillment, step by step
- 1Enter your CONNECT portal credentials in myFulfillment: enseigne code, brand code and private key (under Mon profil).
- 2Set your carrier rules: home or out-of-home delivery, weight up to 30 kg, destination across the 10 covered countries.
- 3The Point Relais or Locker chosen at checkout follows the order to the preparation station.
- 4myFulfillment prints the Mondial Relay label (A4, A5 or 10x15) and returns the tracking number to your store.
A Mondial Relay pro account is required; credentials come from the CONNECT portal. Network limits: 30 kg per parcel (25 kg in Lockers and to Italy or Poland), 150 cm girth, 120 cm on the longest side. myFulfillment drives the preparation and label printing; Mondial Relay provides the out-of-home delivery network.
Mondial Relay: frequently asked questions
Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, international: answers on the Mondial Relay integration.
Yes. The typical setup is a store or marketplace managed from anywhere, fulfilment from France, and out-of-home delivery across the network. You need a Mondial Relay pro contract and its CONNECT credentials; your channels then feed myFulfillment like any other.
Ten European countries out-of-home: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany and Austria. In myFulfillment, carrier rules route each order by destination and weight.
Yes: an official SOAP Web Service exposed at api.mondialrelay.com. Operations cover Point Relais lookup (WSI4_PointRelais_Recherche), shipment and label creation (WSI2_CreationExpedition, WSI2_CreationEtiquette) and tracking (WSI2_TracingColisDetaille). myFulfillment makes these calls for you, with no merchant-side development.
Mondial Relay publishes official modules per storefront: a Shopify app from $14.90 per month, with the checkout relay picker reserved for Shopify Plus, and a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce. Through myFulfillment there is no per-store app: each channel feeds the OMS and the order keeps its relay ID to the label.
In the Mondial Relay CONNECT pro portal, under Mon profil: enseigne code, brand code and private key. A pro contract is required; those three credentials are all myFulfillment needs to connect your account.
30 kg per parcel, reduced to 25 kg in Lockers and for shipments to Italy and Poland; 150 cm girth and 120 cm on the longest side. A myFulfillment carrier rule can route heavier parcels to another carrier.
You create the return label from CONNECT or through the API, the customer drops the parcel at the Point Relais or Locker of their choice, and the return is tracked back to your warehouse.
Mondial Relay provides two official building blocks: the widget (widget.mondialrelay.com) and the WSI4_PointRelais_Recherche operation. What matters next is that the chosen relay ID follows the order to the label: myFulfillment carries it through, including for marketplace orders arriving with the point already set.
