How Chronopost fits with myFulfillment
What is Chronopost?
Chronopost is the French express carrier of the La Poste group (Geopost): next-day delivery across France with Chrono 10, 13 and 18, more than 17,000 Pickup relay points, and express service to 230 countries and territories with Chrono Express. For a merchant shipping from France, myFulfillment adds the layer the official Chronopost modules do not cover: multi-channel order centralization and warehouse preparation around your own Chronopost account, beyond buying a label for a single storefront. This page covers the merchant-side integration; consumer parcel tracking lives on chronopost.fr.
Orders, stock, picking and barcode-checked packing.
Applies your carrier rule and prints the Chronopost label at packing.
Home or pickup-point delivery, tracking sent back to the sales channel.
Chronopost with any sales channel
Chronopost via myFulfillment takes orders from any sales channel that feeds myFulfillment. The order lands in the OMS, preparation runs, the Chronopost label prints at the packing bench, then the tracking number travels back to the original channel. The combinations by channel, PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and more, are listed further down the page.
myFulfillment runs the picking, Chronopost prints the label
myFulfillment calls the merchant's Chronopost account at packing and prints the Chrono 10, 13, 18, Chrono Relais or Chrono Express label as PDF or ZPL, with no address re-keying and no detour through the Chronopost portal.
See the featureThe Chronopost tracking number is captured when the label is printed and written back to the order on the source channel, which notifies the customer. The detailed tracking stays available on chronopost.fr, parcel by parcel.
Outbound: Chronopost tracking number to the sales channel, when the label is printed.
See the featureThe Pickup relay chosen by the customer at checkout is carried through to the Chrono Relais label: the point ID travels with the shipment, across 17,000+ relay shops in metropolitan France and 91,000+ relay points in Europe and the French overseas territories.
See the featureThe return label is generated from the original order with Chrono Reverse: an express return delivered the next day before 9:00, 10:00, 13:00 or 18:00, with the customer dropping the parcel at a Pickup relay or post office.
See the featureThe services on the merchant's Chronopost contract, Chrono 13 or 18, Chrono Relais, Chrono Express for international, are compared with the other connected carriers: the cost and delay rule proposes the service, the operator confirms during preparation.
See the featurePrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and marketplace orders flow into the myFulfillment OMS with the address, the items and the requested Chronopost delivery mode, home or relay, then join the preparation queue.
Inbound: validated and paid orders, synced about every 5 minutes.
See the featureA Chronopost parcel scanned out updates stock: quantities shipped on Chrono 13 or Chrono 18 are deducted from the available stock in myFulfillment, and every sales channel receives the new availability.
Outbound: new availability to the channels, as soon as the parcel leaves.
See the featuremyFulfillment cross-dock serves the Chronopost urgency case: an item received in the morning can be scanned, verified and shipped on Chrono 13 or Chrono 18 the same day, never passing through stock put-away.

When Chronopost is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference
An operator's read: Chronopost brings the express network, next-day France and 230 countries; at volume, the difference is the multi-channel preparation running around the merchant's own account.
- Next-day delivery across France with Chrono 10, 13 and 18, including relay delivery with Chrono Relais
- More than 17,000 Pickup relay shops in metropolitan France and 24/7 lockers
- Express to 230 countries and territories with Chrono Express, returns with Chrono Reverse
- The official modules cover one storefront per install: a multi-channel merchant multiplies modules or centralizes in an OMS
- A module stops at the label and the delivery: no guided preparation and no packing check, that is the job of a preparation tool on top

How users rate Chronopost, across sources
These figures rate the Chronopost ecosystem, not our integration: Trustpilot reflects the delivery service as recipients experience it, and PrestaShop Addons rates Chronopost's own official module as a standalone connector, the single-storefront path described above.
Third-party ratings collected and moderated by each platform, not by Boostmyshop; point-in-time snapshots on the dates shown; no aggregate rating is computed and no rating is claimed as our own.

How our customers use Chronopost day-to-day
Day to day, merchants who connect Chronopost to myFulfillment run their French shipping from one bench: orders come in from every store and marketplace, the carrier rule proposes the right Chronopost service, the operator confirms, the label prints at packing and the tracking number flows back to the source channel.
They serve French customers next day with Chrono 13 or 18 from a French warehouse or 3PL, and switch to Chrono Express when the order leaves for one of 230 countries and territories.
When a shopper picks one of Chronopost's 17,000+ relay shops or a 24/7 locker at checkout, the point ID travels with the order and comes out on the Chrono Relais label.
Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop stores and marketplaces feed the same myFulfillment queue; every Chronopost shipment sends its tracking number back to the channel the order came from.
The Chrono Reverse return label is generated from the original order; the customer drops the parcel at a Pickup relay or post office and the return is delivered the next day.
Labels printed portal by portal, addresses re-keyed for every parcel, errors at shipping time.
Preparation centralized in myFulfillment, the label printed at the packing bench.

myFulfillment sits in the middle, so Chronopost works with any sales channel that feeds it: every order comes in from a channel, leaves with the right Chronopost label, and tracking flows back to the customer. A few live pairings below.
Connect Chronopost to myFulfillment, step by step

- 4myFulfillment prints the Chronopost label at packing and sends the tracking number back to your sales channel.
A Chronopost account is required: the Chronopost Pro offer covers 1 to 100 parcels per month, a Chronopost contract takes over beyond that. Parcels ship from France. myFulfillment drives the preparation, label printing and tracking write-back; Chronopost provides the express transport, the Pickup relay network and the delivery.
Chronopost: frequently asked questions
Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, international: answers on the Chronopost integration.
Yes. Chrono Express reaches 230 countries and territories: 1 to 3 days to major economic centers, 2 to 5 days elsewhere. Chrono Classic covers Europe on a day-definite basis. From myFulfillment, the carrier rule picks the right Chronopost service for each international order.
Yes, as long as the parcels ship from France: Chronopost is a French express network, and a Chronopost account (Pro or contract) is required. Merchants fulfilling from a French warehouse or 3PL connect their stores and marketplaces to myFulfillment like any other channel; labels and tracking then run on their own Chronopost account.
Chronopost exposes web services to create a label (PDF, PNG or ZPL), track a parcel and query pickup points. A Chronopost account is required to call them. With myFulfillment there is nothing to develop: the integration calls those services at packing and writes the tracking number back to your sales channel.
Yes. Chronopost states it on its modules page: an account is mandatory for any official module, and the myFulfillment integration uses your account too. You keep your own rates and contract; the connection is done once, at setup.
Chronopost Pro is the digital offer with no commitment, designed for 1 to 100 parcels per month. Above 100 monthly parcels, Chronopost moves you to a contract with negotiated rates. Both give access to the modules and the integration; the right choice depends on your shipping volume.
The Pickup network has more than 17,000 relay shops in metropolitan France, 91,000+ relay points across Europe and the French overseas territories, plus 24/7 lockers. The customer picks a point at checkout; with myFulfillment the relay ID travels with the order and comes out on the Chrono Relais label, with no re-keying.
Chrono Reverse generates a return label: the customer drops the parcel at a Pickup relay or post office, and the return is delivered express the next day before 9:00, 10:00, 13:00 or 18:00 depending on the service. From myFulfillment, the return label starts from the original order, without opening the Chronopost portal.
Chronopost publishes a free official module for PrestaShop (1.7.8 to 9.x) with its own setup guide. That module covers one storefront per install. If you also sell on other channels or marketplaces, myFulfillment centralizes every order and prints the Chronopost labels at the same bench, whatever the source channel.
Per the Chronopost FAQ: 14 days at a post office or Chronopost agency, 7 days at a Pickup relay shop, 5 days in a locker. After that, the parcel returns to the sender. Worth knowing for your customer service on Chrono Relais orders.
