Overview

How Colissimo fits with myFulfillment

What is Colissimo?

Colissimo is La Poste's parcel offer: home delivery across metropolitan France, pickup points on the La Poste network, overseas territories and international lanes. Technically, Colissimo exposes Web Services (SLS labels, Suivi TL v2 tracking, Point Retrait, customs documents) plus one official module per CMS, each configured separately. myFulfillment adds the operational layer around them: one Colissimo connection for every channel you sell on, the label printed at barcode-checked preparation, tracking written back to each store and marketplace.

Our verdict

When Colissimo is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference

Our operator's read: Colissimo brings the transport and solid Web Services; at volume, the difference is everything around them: one connection for every channel and the label at the right step of preparation.

In practice

How our customers use Colissimo day-to-day

Day to day, merchants shipping from France run Colissimo without juggling per-store modules: orders from every store and marketplace land in myFulfillment, the operator runs the barcode check, the Colissimo label prints, and the tracking number flows back to the channel the order came from.

01
Shipping French orders from an international catalog

Merchants selling into France from abroad fulfill through a French warehouse or 3PL: their existing stores and marketplaces feed myFulfillment, which prints the Colissimo label for the domestic leg.

02
One Colissimo connection for every storefront

Instead of one official module per CMS, they wire Colissimo once and every channel shares the same Entreprise contract and the same preparation queue.

03
Pickup-point delivery on the La Poste network

The Point Retrait Web Service surfaces post offices, Pickup shops and lockers around the buyer's address; the chosen point follows the order down to the Colissimo label.

04
Customs paperwork without a side process

For overseas territories and non-EU destinations, the customs documents come out with the Colissimo label in the same packing gesture, before the parcel is handed to La Poste.

A comparable operation

Three carrier portals open side by side, addresses re-keyed by hand, labels printed one at a time.

Preparation centralized in myFulfillment, the label printed after the barcode check.

The pickup point chosen at checkout lands as-is at the packing station: store and warehouse finally speak the same language. The whole idea of a multi-channel Colissimo operation.

FAQ

Colissimo: frequently asked questions

Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, international: answers on the Colissimo integration.

Yes, when the parcels leave from France. Colissimo is La Poste's domestic and outbound international parcel service, and it requires a Colissimo Entreprise contract. A merchant fulfilling from a French warehouse or 3PL connects its stores and marketplaces to myFulfillment, which prints the Colissimo labels and returns tracking to each channel.

Colissimo is the parcel brand of La Poste, the French national postal operator. It covers home delivery in metropolitan France, pickup-point delivery on the La Poste network, French overseas territories and international destinations.

48 hours (2 working days) in metropolitan France and Monaco, 5 to 22 days for French overseas territories, and 3 to 15 days for international destinations depending on the lane, per La Poste's published time frames (July 2026).

Yes. The Colissimo Web Services authenticate with the credentials or API key of an Entreprise account (Colissimo Box). myFulfillment connects to your existing contract, so you keep the rate grid you negotiated with La Poste.

The SLS label Web Service produces PDF, ZPL or DPL labels, from 10x10 to 10x15 cm, at 203 or 300 dpi. CN23 customs documents are generated in the same call for destinations that require them.

The Suivi TL v2 Web Service returns the parcel's full event history at each call. myFulfillment queries it and pushes the tracking number and delivery status back to the original channel, which notifies the customer.

Yes. The Point Retrait Web Service covers France plus 21 other European countries, with live opening hours, GPS coordinates and closure calendars for each point. The buyer's choice flows into myFulfillment with the order.

The Colissimo Retour France label is generated through the same Web Service as the outbound label. The recipient drops the return in a mailbox, at a post office or at a Pickup merchant that accepts returns.

Yes. Customs documents are generated with the label, and La Poste's international offer delivers worldwide from 3 days depending on the destination, with a DDP (delivered duty paid) option.

Colissimo Entreprise pricing is a contractual grid by weight band and destination; La Poste publishes the official grid for shipments from France. On the Boostmyshop side, the Colissimo integration is included in myFulfillment, with the TMS module.
