How Colissimo fits with myFulfillment
What is Colissimo?
Colissimo is La Poste's parcel offer: home delivery across metropolitan France, pickup points on the La Poste network, overseas territories and international lanes. Technically, Colissimo exposes Web Services (SLS labels, Suivi TL v2 tracking, Point Retrait, customs documents) plus one official module per CMS, each configured separately. myFulfillment adds the operational layer around them: one Colissimo connection for every channel you sell on, the label printed at barcode-checked preparation, tracking written back to each store and marketplace.
Orders, stock, picking and barcode-checked packing.
Applies your carrier rule and prints the Colissimo label at packing.
Home or pickup-point delivery, tracking sent back to the sales channel.
Colissimo with any sales channel
Colissimo via myFulfillment takes orders from any sales channel or marketplace that feeds myFulfillment. Orders flow into the OMS, myFulfillment prints the Colissimo label during preparation, then the tracking number flows back to the customer. Browse the Colissimo combinations by channel below: PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and more.
myFulfillment runs the picking, Colissimo prints the label
When preparation is confirmed, myFulfillment calls the Colissimo SLS label Web Service (REST) and prints the label as PDF, ZPL or DPL (10x10 to 10x15 cm, 203 or 300 dpi), with CN23 customs documents for international parcels.
See the featureColissimo's Suivi TL v2 Web Service returns every known parcel event at each call; myFulfillment pushes the tracking number and delivery status back to the original sales channel.

See the featureColissimo's Point Retrait Web Service returns live pickup points around the recipient's address (opening hours, GPS, exceptional closures): 26,000+ contact points in metropolitan France and coverage across 22 European countries.
See the featureThe Colissimo Retour France product is generated through the same label Web Service as the outbound parcel; the recipient drops the return in a mailbox, at a post office or at one of the 7,500 Pickup merchants accepting returns.
See the featureColissimo has no public rate-quote API: Entreprise pricing is a contractual weight-band grid. myFulfillment applies your contract grid inside its carrier rules, based on parcel weight and destination.
See the featureReady-to-ship orders feed the Colissimo labeling queue with no re-keying: each SLS Web Service call transmits the electronic parcel preadvice to La Poste, order by order.

How our customers use Colissimo day-to-day
Day to day, merchants shipping from France run Colissimo without juggling per-store modules: orders from every store and marketplace land in myFulfillment, the operator runs the barcode check, the Colissimo label prints, and the tracking number flows back to the channel the order came from.
Merchants selling into France from abroad fulfill through a French warehouse or 3PL: their existing stores and marketplaces feed myFulfillment, which prints the Colissimo label for the domestic leg.
Instead of one official module per CMS, they wire Colissimo once and every channel shares the same Entreprise contract and the same preparation queue.
The Point Retrait Web Service surfaces post offices, Pickup shops and lockers around the buyer's address; the chosen point follows the order down to the Colissimo label.
For overseas territories and non-EU destinations, the customs documents come out with the Colissimo label in the same packing gesture, before the parcel is handed to La Poste.
Three carrier portals open side by side, addresses re-keyed by hand, labels printed one at a time.
Preparation centralized in myFulfillment, the label printed after the barcode check.
