How CoolRunner fits with myFulfillment

What is CoolRunner?

CoolRunner is a Danish multi-carrier shipping aggregator. The myFulfillment connector exposes a sample of bpost, DHL, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé and PostNL methods. At the packing station, the operator selects a method and sees the price stored in the carrier account. This is not a live quote requested from CoolRunner. When label creation starts, myFulfillment sends the sender, recipient, weight, dimensions and selected service. For a destination that requires customs data, the request also includes each item's description, value, currency, tariff code, country of origin and weight. CoolRunner returns a tracking number and PDF, both stored with the shipment. During later refreshes, myFulfillment queries CoolRunner with that number, saves the events and updates the operational status. Homerunner now manages business accounts, while the integration continues to use the CoolRunner name.

Connect CoolRunner to myFulfillment, step by step

  2. 2During onboarding, confirm CoolRunner API access, enabled countries and expected shipping methods with the Boostmyshop team.
  3. 3Provide the username and token through the designated secure channel so Boostmyshop can configure the connector.

Before you connect

A business account managed in Homerunner and access to the CoolRunner API are required. Boostmyshop configures countries and methods during onboarding. The connector covers stored rates, PDF labels, tracking numbers, tracking events and customs data. Pickup-point search is not available in myFulfillment: the integration can send the ID of a point chosen elsewhere to CoolRunner, but the directory and point details are not available.
