Delivengo integration for international light parcels
Connect your Delivengo account to myFulfillment and prepare international light parcels from the order record. The address, weight and customs data feed the request, then the label and tracking number return to the shipment. Displayed rates remain the prices configured in your carrier account.

How Delivengo fits with myFulfillment
What is Delivengo?
Delivengo is a La Poste Solutions Business offer for international shipments of light goods up to 2 kg from France. Delivengo handles postage, the associated formalities, transport and the tracking available for each destination. myFulfillment organizes the work before and after the carrier call: orders from your sales channels, warehouse checks, configured service selection, customs data, the packing-station label and a status attached to the shipment. The connector uses the merchant's Delivengo Profil account; it does not resell postage or provide outsourced fulfillment.
Your operations cover orders, stock updates, barcode checks, and label creation.

Delivengo after Shopify, PrestaShop and marketplaces
An eligible shipment prepared in myFulfillment follows the Delivengo path: data checks, configured service selection, label creation and tracking remain attached to the same shipment record.
myFulfillment runs the picking, Delivengo prints the label
At packing, myFulfillment sends the shipment data to the Delivengo API. The response supplies the PDF document and each parcel number, attached to the order being fulfilled.
See the featureThe Delivengo tracking number returns with the label. myFulfillment can then query the parcel and map its status to newly created, in transit, delivered, out for delivery or delivery issue.
Delivengo status retrieved whenever the tracking update runs
See the featureFor international shipping, the Delivengo request carries the shipment nature, shipping cost and, for each item, its description, quantity, weight, origin, value and customs code.
See the featureOrders from your stores and your marketplaces join the myFulfillment preparation queue. Which Delivengo carrier template applies to a shipment then depends on its warehouse, its store and its destination country.
Orders picked up whenever the channel feed runs
See the featureWhen a Delivengo parcel leaves the warehouse, the available quantity drops in myFulfillment. The recalculated value is queued per product, then sent to each connected channel while it differs from the last quantity transmitted.
Stock queue kept per product and per connected channel
See the featureAn item awaited by a single-line order can move from receiving to the packing station without being put away. Reading its barcode opens that order's preparation, and the Delivengo label follows straight away.
See the featureAn order shipped with Delivengo can open a return in myFulfillment: items and quantities taken from the order, the customer's reason, reception, inspection, then an exchange or refund decision. The return leg itself is handled outside Delivengo.

How our customers use Delivengo day to day
In daily operations, Delivengo sits at the end of a workflow already structured in myFulfillment. The operator checks the light parcel, verifies the export data, requests the label on the merchant's account and keeps the tracking number on the same order.
A parcel at or below 5 g, or above 2 kg, is refused before the Delivengo call. The team corrects the parcel before sending an unusable request to Delivengo.
Description, quantity, weight, origin country, value and customs code travel with the label request, using data already held on the shipment.
The operator compares enabled Delivengo methods using their configured price and estimated date, then keeps the method that fits the parcel and contract.
The Delivengo deposit manifest is requested for the selected shipments and the returned PDF is attached alongside the related labels and tracking references.
Addresses and customs data re-entered outside the fulfillment workflow.
The label and tracking generated from the order your team already checked.

myFulfillment sits in the middle, so Delivengo can create labels for orders received from your sales channels. A few live pairings below.
Connect Delivengo to myFulfillment, step by step
- 1Have an active Delivengo Profil account and retrieve its API key from your MyDelivengo space.
- 2In myFulfillment, enter the key, choose test or production mode, then select the PDF or ZPL format for your printer.
- 3Enable only the services allowed by your contract and enter their price in the carrier account for comparison.
- 4Test a parcel over 5 g and up to 2 kg with its address, weight and customs data, then verify the returned PDF and tracking number.
- 5Finally, validate tracking updates and deposit-manifest generation before opening the regular workflow.
The integration runs on a Delivengo Profil account API key and the services open on that account. Parcels accepted weigh more than 5 g and up to 2 kg, and go out for home delivery: pickup-point collection is handled by another carrier. Tracking depth depends on the Delivengo destination. Prices shown for comparison are configured in myFulfillment; they do not come from a live rate request.
Delivengo: frequently asked questions
Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, worldwide selling and shipping: answers on the Delivengo integration.
Delivengo is a La Poste Solutions Business offer for light goods shipped internationally from France, up to 2 kg. Delivengo easy serves lower volumes, while Delivengo Profil is contract-based. The myFulfillment connector described here uses a Profil account API key.
Your team enters the Delivengo Profil API key in the myFulfillment carrier account, selects test or production mode, and chooses a label format. One parcel then validates the request, PDF, tracking number, status and manifest before the regular workflow opens.
It sends data already held on the shipment: nature, shipping cost, description, quantity, weight, origin country, value and customs code for each item. Your team must therefore check the source data; the integration does not invent a missing value or code.
No. myFulfillment loops through the enabled Delivengo services and takes, for each of them, the price entered in the carrier account plus an estimated date. That price comes from your Delivengo contract, not from a rate request sent to Delivengo at packing time.
The parcel number is saved with the label response. When the tracking update runs, myFulfillment queries the Delivengo parcel and maps the returned status into an operational category such as in transit, delivered, out for delivery or delivery issue.
No. Every Delivengo service available here goes out for home delivery, and no pickup point is offered at packing. An order that requires collection from a pickup point goes through another carrier.
The weight has to stay above 5 g and no more than 2 kg. This matches Delivengo's public positioning for light goods up to 2 kg. A parcel outside that range is rejected before label creation.
The methods offered at packing are Tracked, Registered with or without acknowledgment, Economy, Priority and Easy. Availability depends on the account and contract. Configurable formats are A4 PDF sheets, 10 × 15 cm PDF and 10 × 15 cm ZPL at 200 or 300 dpi.
Yes. myFulfillment groups the references for selected shipments, submits the deposit request to Delivengo and attaches the returned PDF to the manifest. This mechanic does not replace the deposit rules in your contract.
It suits a team preparing international light goods in France from its own warehouse and using a Delivengo Profil account. It is not suited to parcels over 2 kg, pickup-point delivery or a company looking for an outsourced fulfillment provider.
