Envoi du Net is a French platform that brings multiple carriers together. Depending on account setup, the integration provides access to services from Chronopost, Colis Privé, Colissimo, DHL, DPD and Mondial Relay, among others.
Once the business account is approved, retrieve the account number and API key from the technical information in your customer dashboard. Boostmyshop then configures the account and services during onboarding.
myFulfillment presents available services with a price for the parcel. Envoi du Net account pricing can apply when the weight matches the relevant bracket; otherwise, the price configured in myFulfillment remains in use.
The request includes shipment reference and value, selected service, sender, recipient, label format and parcel weights. A previously selected pickup point ID can also accompany the shipment.
Envoi du Net returns the label PDF and one tracking number per parcel, or the master number when that option is enabled. myFulfillment attaches them to the shipment record.
On the configured refresh schedule, myFulfillment checks Envoi du Net using the tracking number. The created, in-transit, delivered or returned state is mapped to an operational status with the available message and dates.
For the agreed warehouse, Envoi du Net can access ready-to-ship orders with recipient, reserved items and the expected carrier. It then acknowledges handoff and later reports shipment with its tracking number.
Envoi du Net sends counted quantities by SKU for the configured warehouse. For expected purchases, it returns checked quantities, and myFulfillment records only what remained outstanding.
