Overview

How Esendeo fits with myFulfillment

What is Esendeo?

Esendeo is a French freight forwarder that brings several carriers and their services into one shipping platform. For an e-commerce operations team, the job does not end with carrier selection. The address, parcel, label and tracking must remain attached to the prepared order. In myFulfillment, the Esendeo connection is used to request rates and prepare shipments. It presents enabled services, creates the parcel, retrieves the PDF label and tracking numbers, then imports events during scheduled refreshes. The visible network depends on the services enabled in your Esendeo account.

For an international shipment, myFulfillment sends Esendeo the shipping reason. The item description, HS code, and country of origin come from the carrier-account configuration; quantity, unit value, and weight come from each product in the parcel.

In practice

How our customers use Esendeo day to day

At the packing station, the operator stays on the shipment screen in myFulfillment. They check the parcel, review available Esendeo services, select the right option, and retrieve the label without re-entering the address elsewhere.

01
Compare enabled services for the packed parcel

The request uses the origin, destination, weight and dimensions. myFulfillment displays a rate for each enabled Esendeo service before label creation.

02
Keep the PDF label with the shipment

After parcel creation, the A4 or A6 label and returned tracking numbers remain attached to the record already used to fulfill the order.

03
Read carrier events without switching tools

When tracking is refreshed, Esendeo messages and dates are added to the shipment history. The current status is updated, and the delivery date is recorded when supplied.

04
Prepare data for an international shipment

The label request includes the shipping reason. The item description, HS code, and country of origin come from the carrier-account configuration; quantity, unit value, and weight come from each product in the parcel.

A comparable operation

The team compares shipping services separately, then retrieves labels and tracking outside the packing station.

Getting started

Connect Esendeo to myFulfillment, step by step

  1. 1Ask Esendeo to open your account and supply the connection details covered by your agreement.
  2. 2During onboarding, share those details through the designated secure channel so Boostmyshop can configure the Esendeo connection.
  3. 3Enable the required shipping services and choose the A4 or A6 PDF label format used at the packing station.
  4. 4For international shipments, enter the item description, HS code, and country of origin in the carrier-account configuration, then check the quantity, unit value, and weight of each product in the parcel.
  5. 5Validate a test parcel by checking its rate, PDF label, tracking numbers, and one imported event before processing live shipments.
Before you connect

An active Esendeo account and access prepared with Esendeo are required. The Boostmyshop team configures the connection during onboarding. It covers rates, the PDF label, tracking numbers and events, plus item-level customs data. This connection does not pass Esendeo pickup-point details to myFulfillment or compare return options.

Quentin

“For international shipping, test one complete item: description, origin, HS code, quantity, value and weight must travel together.”

FAQ

Esendeo: frequently asked questions

Esendeo is a freight forwarder and multi-carrier platform. The myFulfillment connection provides access to services enabled in your Esendeo account for the requested parcel.

First ask Esendeo to open your account and provide the connection details covered by your agreement. During onboarding, Boostmyshop configures the connection, enabled services and label format, then validates a test parcel.

The connection includes services from Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DPD, GLS, UPS, DHL, PostNL, Colis Privé, and Geodis, among others. The services available to you depend on your Esendeo account, destination, and parcel.

myFulfillment requests a rate for each enabled service using the origin, destination, weight and dimensions. It displays the amount returned by Esendeo or, when that amount is missing, the rate defined in the carrier account.

The connection retrieves the PDF label and every returned tracking number. They remain stored with the shipment used by the team at the packing station.

On the configured refresh schedule, myFulfillment requests tracking history from Esendeo, stores each event, and updates the current status. It also records the delivery date when supplied.

For an international shipment, the request includes the shipping reason. The item description, HS code, and country of origin come from the carrier-account configuration; quantity, unit value, and weight come from each product in the parcel.

This connection does not pass Esendeo pickup-point details to myFulfillment. For returns, it offers only Mondial Relay Reverse and does not compare options for the parcel or Esendeo account.

The Boostmyshop connection is included with myFulfillment. Shipping services and any Esendeo fees remain billed under your active agreement.
