Relais Colis integration: labels and pickup points
The Relais Colis integration connects your carrier contract to the myFulfillment shipping workflow. The selected pickup point stays with the order, the label is requested at packing, and its tracking number returns to the shipment. Rates come from your account configuration rather than live quotes fetched from the carrier.

How Relais Colis fits with myFulfillment
What is Relais Colis?
Relais Colis is a French delivery operator built around a pickup-point network. Its role starts when an order is ready to leave the warehouse. Upstream, myFulfillment centralizes orders from your sales channels and runs preparation and packing checks. The integration then sends the data required for a Relais Colis label and attaches the response to the shipment.
Your operations cover orders, barcode checks, and label creation.

Relais Colis with Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces
The Relais Colis workflow in myFulfillment starts after order import. A Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or other connected-channel order joins the same operating queue. The channel supplies the order data; the carrier connector takes over when the shipment is prepared.
myFulfillment runs the picking, Relais Colis prints the label
At packing, the Relais Colis integration sends shipment data to the carrier service. The label response may be a PDF or PNG; the connector turns it into a printable PDF document, then attaches that document and the tracking barcode to the myFulfillment shipment.
See the featureThe Relais Colis label response provides the tracking number, and myFulfillment builds the carrier tracking-page link. The current connector does not retrieve later parcel status changes.
The number and link arrive with the label; carrier status events are not synchronized.
See the featureThe Relais Colis integration keeps the pickup-point ID carried by the order. If no point is present and automatic selection is enabled, it searches for the nearest available pickup point to the address.
See the featureFor Relais Colis, myFulfillment applies the prices stored in your carrier account for each service. This is not a live rate quote retrieved from the carrier API.
See the featureOrders from your sales channels reach myFulfillment before the Relais Colis step. The team filters ready orders, assigns the delivery service, then starts preparation from the same queue.
Orders arrive from each connected channel; frequency depends on that channel connector.
See the featureAn order shipped with Relais Colis stays attached to the myFulfillment RMA workflow: request, receipt, inspection, refund, or exchange. Return transport and its label depend on your carrier contract.
See the featureFor an order assigned to Relais Colis, cross-docking in the Boostmyshop module keeps the incoming item tied to the customer order through packing. The carrier label can then be generated for the prepared shipment.

When Relais Colis is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference
Our operator view: this integration fits when Relais Colis needs to sit inside a warehouse workflow, with several upstream channels and a label requested at packing. It is a weaker fit if you expect live carrier quotes or carrier status events inside myFulfillment.
- The selected pickup point stays attached to the order through the label request
- The physical label and tracking number return to the same shipment record
- Automatic lookup for the nearest available point remains an explicit option
- The connector uses a configured price grid rather than fetching live Relais Colis quotes
- It does not retrieve later carrier status changes after label generation
- The module RMA workflow is not evidence of a Relais Colis return label

How our customers use Relais Colis day to day
Day to day, the team does not re-enter orders in a carrier portal. It prepares in myFulfillment, checks the pickup point, requests the Relais Colis label, and finds the tracking number in the shipment record. The connector's limitations remain visible in the same workflow.
The pickup-point ID carried by the order is included in the Relais Colis label request. The operator can check it before printing without looking it up again.
If the order has no pickup point, myFulfillment can search for the nearest available point to the address. The option is configured for each carrier account.
At packing, the Relais Colis service returns the physical label file and barcodes. myFulfillment builds the printable PDF document, then attaches that document and the tracking number to the shipment.
The tracking number and link are available after label generation. Later carrier status changes do not flow through the current connector.
3 carrier portals. Copy-paste every address. 2 hours per day lost.
One screen, 60+ carriers, 50 labels in 30 seconds.

myFulfillment sits in the middle, so Relais Colis works with any sales channel that feeds it: every order comes in from a channel, leaves with the right Relais Colis label, and tracking flows back to the customer. A few live pairings below.
Connect Relais Colis to myFulfillment, step by step
- 1Share your store, volume, and delivery needs through the Relais Colis professional form, then open your carrier account.
- 2With the Boostmyshop team, enable the native integration in myFulfillment using the access supplied by Relais Colis.
- 3Map the services allowed by your contract, your price grid, and the label format used in the warehouse.
- 4Check that each order keeps the selected pickup-point ID; enable nearest-point lookup only if your workflow calls for it.
- 5Test one complete order: preparation, label request, returned file, tracking number, and link to the Relais Colis tracking page.
An active Relais Colis professional account is required. This page covers pickup-point shipping in France. Prices are stored in your configuration, not fetched as live carrier quotes. The connector retrieves the tracking number and link, but not carrier status events. The myFulfillment RMA workflow does not prove that the connector creates a Relais Colis return label.
Relais Colis: frequently asked questions
Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, worldwide selling and shipping: answers on the Relais Colis integration.
It prepares the shipment request from the order, sends the pickup point and parcel data, retrieves the label file, and attaches the tracking number to the shipment. The current connector does not retrieve later carrier status events.
Start by sharing your store, volumes, and requirements with the Relais Colis professional team. The Boostmyshop team then enables the native integration in myFulfillment using the access supplied during onboarding. Setup uses your contract, price grid, and label formats.
Yes. When the order contains a pickup-point ID, the integration includes it in the Relais Colis label request. The selection stays attached to the order through packing.
Yes, if the option is enabled and the order contains no point. The connector then queries the Relais Colis search service with the recipient address and keeps the nearest available pickup point.
The connector requests a physical label from the Relais Colis service. It handles PDF output and converts the 10 × 15 response into a printable document. The exact format is selected during carrier-account setup.
No. For each service, myFulfillment uses the price stored in your carrier configuration and calculates an estimate with its rules. The page therefore does not present this process as a live quote from the Relais Colis API.
The label response provides the barcode used as the tracking number. myFulfillment stores it and builds the link to the Relais Colis tracking page. The current connector does not retrieve status events after shipment.
The return request, receipt, inspection, refund, or exchange stays in the myFulfillment RMA workflow. However, that module capability does not show that the connector generates a Relais Colis return label. Return transport depends on the contract and setup agreed with the teams.
The official app serves one Shopify store and describes its own mapping and label printing. myFulfillment works at the OMS, WMS, and TMS level: orders from several channels join one preparation queue before the Relais Colis connector is called at packing.
