How SEUR fits with myFulfillment

What is SEUR?

SEUR is a Spanish parcel carrier and part of Geopost. Its own integration catalog includes SEUR Print, SEUR Pro/Pro+, and several commerce plugins. The Boostmyshop connection follows a different route: an eligible order is prepared in myFulfillment, then the SEUR integration sends the shipment request and receives the label and tracking reference. It is also distinct from the DPD France integration. The two integrations use separate services and settings, so a DPD France connection does not configure SEUR.

Getting started

Connect SEUR to myFulfillment, step by step

  1. 1Open or confirm your SEUR business contract, then request the access needed to connect your carrier account.
  2. 2With the Boostmyshop team, configure the SEUR account in the Boostmyshop module and select the test environment first.
  3. 3Map the SEUR services used by your shipping rules, weights and destinations, with the prices agreed in your configuration.
  4. 4Create a test shipment and check the order reference, address, parcels, service, PDF and returned ECB number.
  5. 5After the test is approved, enable the production environment and inspect the first parcel before opening the regular flow.
