SEUR integration for labels, services and tracking
Connect SEUR to myFulfillment to create shipments at packing, retrieve the parcel PDFs and record each ECB tracking reference. The connector exposes eight configured home-delivery services with account-defined prices and delivery estimates. SEUR and DPD France belong to the same group but remain separate Boostmyshop connectors.

How SEUR fits with myFulfillment
What is SEUR?
SEUR is a Spanish parcel carrier and part of Geopost. Its own integration catalogue includes SEUR Print, SEUR Pro/Pro+ and several commerce plugins. The Boostmyshop connection is a different route: an eligible order is prepared in myFulfillment, then the SEUR carrier adapter sends the shipment request and receives the label and tracking reference. It is also distinct from the DPD France connector. The two carrier classes use separate codes, methods and implementation namespaces, so a DPD France connection is not a SEUR connection.
Your operations cover orders, stock updates, barcode checks, and label creation.

SEUR after any eligible myFulfillment order
SEUR can be assigned to an eligible order already present in myFulfillment, regardless of which connected sales channel supplied it. The warehouse flow checks the shipment, calls the carrier at packing, attaches the PDF and records the returned ECB tracking reference.
myFulfillment runs the picking, SEUR prints the label
At packing, myFulfillment creates the SEUR collection through the API, retrieves the PDF for each parcel, merges the documents and attaches the final label to the shipment.
See the featureThe SEUR label response contains each parcel's ECB reference. myFulfillment records it as the tracking number when the PDF document is confirmed.

How our customers use SEUR day to day
In daily operations, the team keeps the SEUR shipment inside the same myFulfillment preparation flow as the order. The carrier call happens at packing, after the shipment data has been checked, and the returned PDF and ECB reference stay attached to the shipment record.
The order, delivery address, parcel weights and selected service are checked in myFulfillment before the adapter creates the SEUR collection.
When SEUR returns one PDF per parcel, the connector decodes and merges those files into the label document attached to the shipment.
The operator sees the account-defined price and estimated delivery window for each configured service, including timed, standard, maritime and cold options.
The tracking number comes from the same SEUR response as the label, so customer service can retrieve the reference from the confirmed shipment.
Re-enter the shipment in a SEUR tool, retrieve the PDF, then copy the tracking number into the order.
Preparation stays in myFulfillment, which calls SEUR at packing and attaches the PDF and tracking reference to the shipment.

myFulfillment sits in the middle, so SEUR works with any sales channel that feeds it: every order comes in from a channel, leaves with the right SEUR label, and tracking flows back to the customer. A few live pairings below.
Connect SEUR to myFulfillment, step by step
- 1Open or confirm your SEUR business contract, then request the access needed to connect your carrier account.
- 2With the Boostmyshop team, configure the SEUR account in the Boostmyshop module and select the test environment first.
- 3Map the SEUR services used by your shipping rules, weights and destinations, with the prices agreed in your configuration.
- 4Create a test shipment and check the order reference, address, parcels, service, PDF and returned ECB number.
- 5After the test is approved, enable the production environment and inspect the first parcel before opening the regular flow.
An active SEUR business contract is required. The verified connector scope covers eight configured home-delivery methods, shipment creation, PDF labels, ECB tracking references, account-defined method prices and delivery estimates. SEUR's own Pro, Print and commerce-plugin routes remain separate, as does the DPD France connector.
SEUR: frequently asked questions
Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, worldwide selling and shipping: answers on the SEUR integration.
It creates the SEUR shipment from the myFulfillment packing flow, sends the order, address and parcel data, retrieves the PDF labels and records each returned ECB reference as tracking data. The order remains in the same OMS and WMS workflow before and after that carrier call.
No. SEUR is part of Geopost, but the current Boostmyshop implementation defines SEUR and DPD France as separate carrier classes. They use different carrier codes and implementation namespaces. A DPD France account therefore does not configure the SEUR connector.
Yes. The connector uses your active SEUR carrier account. During onboarding, the Boostmyshop team configures that account in the Boostmyshop module, tests the connection and validates one shipment before production is enabled.
The verified method set contains eight home-delivery options: 24, standard, 10, 13:30, 48, 72, maritime and cold 13:30. This is the connector's configured set, not a catalogue of every service sold by SEUR.
At packing, myFulfillment sends the shipment to the SEUR collection endpoint. SEUR returns parcel PDFs. The connector decodes each file, merges the documents and confirms the final label on the shipment.
Each parcel returned in the label response includes an ECB reference. The connector records that value as tracking data when it confirms the PDF label. This page claims that reference handoff, not a separate feed of carrier status events.
No. For each configured SEUR method, myFulfillment uses the price defined in the carrier account and calculates a delivery estimate for the order. The rate card therefore compares configured service choices rather than a live SEUR quotation.
SEUR Pro, SEUR Print and SEUR's commerce plugins are the carrier's own tools. Use myFulfillment when the SEUR shipment must sit inside a broader OMS, WMS, inventory, purchasing and packing flow. The connection methods remain separate.
Yes. Cross-docking is a myFulfillment warehouse capability rather than a SEUR API feature. An expected item can move from supplier receipt through barcode control to packing, where the separate SEUR label call occurs.
The return follows the myFulfillment RMA workflow for the original order: request, reason, receipt, inspection and refund or exchange decision. The verified capability does not extend to a claim that this connector creates a SEUR return label.
