TNT integration for domestic and international shipping
TNT connects to myFulfillment through two distinct flows: TNT France for domestic services and TNT International for worldwide shipping. At the packing station, the operator uses the correct connector, creates the label and receives the tracking number without switching to a carrier portal. TNT is part of FedEx, but the TNT and FedEx integrations remain separate.

How TNT fits with myFulfillment
What is TNT?
TNT is an express carrier offering Express and Economy Express services. In myFulfillment, TNT France and TNT International are two technical entries: their methods, rates and label calls are not interchangeable. The Boostmyshop module runs the work around the transport: orders, warehouse fulfillment, inventory and shipping confirmation. FedEx acquired TNT Express in 2016; that ownership does not turn the FedEx connector into a TNT connector.
Your operations cover orders, stock updates, barcode checks, and label creation.

TNT with your sales channels
Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or a marketplace sends orders into myFulfillment. The Boostmyshop module fulfills the parcel, calls TNT France or TNT International, then returns tracking to the connected channel.
myFulfillment runs the picking, TNT prints the label
At the packing station, the TNT France connector creates the shipment and saves the label as PDF or ZPL. The TNT International connector instead saves an HTML label document, so each flow keeps its own format and services.
See the featureEach TNT connector retrieves the tracking number with the label response. myFulfillment attaches it to the shipment, then returns it to the sales channel with the shipping confirmation.
Tracking number received when the label is created, then sent to the connected channel
See the featureThe TNT France flow can look up a partner shop or TNT depot from the postcode and city. This option belongs to the France connector and is not presented as a TNT International feature.
See the featureOrders from connected stores and marketplaces enter the myFulfillment OMS queue. The team checks the address, weight and items before routing each parcel to TNT France or TNT International.
Orders from connected channels enter myFulfillment before fulfillment
See the featureWhen a TNT parcel ships, myFulfillment deducts the items from available inventory and sends the recalculated quantity to connected channels. The carrier is not the inventory system.
Recalculated availability returns to channels after shipment processing
See the featureThe myFulfillment returns system tracks the request, reason, warehouse receipt and inspection. A return shipment using TNT remains a carrier flow distinct from the operational handling of the return.
See the featureIn cross-docking, an already-sold item can move from receiving to shipping without intermediate put-away. The operator checks the item, then creates the label with the selected TNT connector.

When TNT is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference
Our operator view: TNT handles transport; the Boostmyshop module earns its place by separating the two connectors clearly and controlling the work around the label.
- Two identified flows for domestic and international shipping
- Labels and tracking numbers attached to the shipment
- Fulfillment, inventory and multichannel confirmation in myFulfillment
- Available services depend on the merchant's TNT contract and account.
- TNT France rates use the table configured in the module.
- The FedEx connector remains separate even though TNT is part of FedEx.

How our customers use TNT day to day
Your carrier rules decide between TNT France and TNT International. The team fulfills the order in myFulfillment, checks the parcel, then calls the connector that matches the destination.
For delivery in France, the rule selects a method on the TNT France connector. The configured rate, service and label format stay attached to that flow.
A destination outside the domestic flow uses TNT International, with its own Express or Economy Express services and pricing behavior.
After the parcel check, the operator creates the label. The returned tracking number is attached to the shipment and then sent to the sales channel.
When a compatible method is selected, the France flow looks for a partner shop or TNT depot near the recipient's address.
3 carrier portals. Copy-paste every address. 2 hours per day lost.

myFulfillment sits in the middle, so TNT works with any sales channel that feeds it: every order comes in from a channel, leaves with the right TNT label, and tracking flows back to the customer. A few live pairings below.
Connect TNT to myFulfillment, step by step
- 1Open a TNT France shipper account and obtain your account number and myTNT access.
- 2Have TNT France, TNT International, or both enabled in the Boostmyshop module according to your destinations.
- 3Map your shipping methods to services on the correct connector: France for the domestic flow and International for worldwide destinations.
- 4Test an order, parcel weight, label format and tracking number on every flow you use.
- 5Validate the workflow with the Boostmyshop team before opening regular order processing.
A TNT shipper account and its associated access details are required. TNT France and TNT International are configured as two separate connectors; enable only the flows covered by your contract and destinations. Customs documents, restrictions and carriage conditions remain the responsibility of the merchant and TNT. The FedEx integration uses a separate connector.
TNT: frequently asked questions
Pricing, contract, carriers, Shopify, pickup points, worldwide selling and shipping: answers on the TNT integration.
Connect Shopify to myFulfillment, then have the TNT entry that matches your shipments enabled. The order enters the OMS, the team fulfills it, the connector creates the label, and myFulfillment returns the tracking number to Shopify.
They are separate connectors. TNT France covers domestic methods, including flows to partner shops or depots; TNT International carries its own Express and Economy Express services for worldwide destinations.
No. FedEx acquired TNT Express, but the Boostmyshop registry contains separate entries for FedEx, TNT France and TNT International. A FedEx account or service is therefore not presented as automatic access to TNT flows.
The behavior depends on the connector. TNT France uses configured prices for allowed methods. TNT International requests the service with the account credentials and uses the configured price as a fallback.
The TNT France flow saves a PDF or ZPL label according to configuration. The TNT International connector saves an HTML label document. Test each format at the packing station before launch.
Yes. Each connector receives a tracking number with the label response. myFulfillment attaches it to the shipment, then includes it in the shipping confirmation sent to the connected sales channel.
The TNT France connector has methods that look up a partner shop or TNT depot from the postcode and city. This capability is not attributed to the TNT International connector.
Choose an international service included in your contract, provide the parcel weight and destination, and supply the required export documents. TNT publishes its customs and goods rules; myFulfillment runs fulfillment and label creation.
The return transport can use a configured TNT method. In the warehouse, the myFulfillment returns system separately tracks the request, reason, receipt, inspection and restocking decision.
