Overview

How Wing fits with myFulfillment

What is Wing?

Wing is a French carrier aggregator and logistics platform for e-commerce merchants. Its services cover domestic and international shipments included in the Wing agreement. The myWing environment brings together carrier services, collection, packing and storage. With myFulfillment, the Boostmyshop module serves a specific workflow: it presents Wing services allowed for the destination, creates one shipment per parcel, retrieves labels and tracking numbers, then imports Wing events. Home-delivery prices shown in myFulfillment come from the carrier account; they are not live Wing quotes.

“For Wing, I always test a multi-parcel order: each tracking number must stay attached to the correct parcel, and the final PDF must be ready to print.”

In practice

How our customers use Wing day to day

At the packing station, the operator works from the shipment record in myFulfillment. They select an allowed Wing service, create the parcels, print the combined PDF and later review delivery events in the same place.

01
Prepare several parcels in one record

myFulfillment sends every parcel to Wing separately, stores the tracking number for each parcel and combines the returned labels into one PDF for printing.

02
Select a service for the destination

Allowed Wing services appear based on country, postal code and delivery type. An estimated date helps the operator make the selection.

03
Follow collection, pickup and delivery

When tracking is refreshed, Wing events become clear milestones in myFulfillment, from collection through delivery or availability at a pickup point.

A comparable operation

When an order has multiple parcels, every label and tracking number must stay attached to the correct shipment.

myFulfillment sends each parcel to Wing, combines the labels and keeps tracking in the shipment record.
