What is XPO Logistics?

XPO Logistics is a European road-freight operator for palletized and partial loads. Its public European offer covers domestic and cross-border pallet delivery, with service ranges that vary by shipment size, lane and contract. myFulfillment sits upstream of that transport service: orders from your sales channels are centralized in one OMS, warehouse staff prepare and check the goods, and the connector sends the approved pallet shipment to XPO. It can request rates for configured XPO services, create the freight booking, retrieve a ZPL label and store the tracking reference. The XPO account, negotiated transport conditions and physical collection remain with XPO Logistics.

Connect XPO Logistics to myFulfillment, step by step

1Confirm the pallet-freight services, destinations and conditions covered by your XPO Logistics contract.
2During onboarding, enter the carrier code, client ID and XPO account credentials supplied for your account in myFulfillment.
3Map the permitted XPO services, including Standard, Premium or appointment delivery, to your shipping rules; the system proposes and the operator approves.
4Configure the goods description, default dimensions and weight, then UN data when your contract covers dangerous goods.
5Test a rate, pallet shipment, ZPL label, tracking reference, cancellation and end-of-day manifest before go-live.

Before you connect

An active XPO Logistics Europe contract and the account credentials expected by the connector are required. Available services, lanes, dangerous-goods acceptance and transport prices remain governed by that contract. The connector creates outbound pallet shipments and captures the label plus tracking reference; it does not import or synchronize carrier events.

It requests rates for configured XPO services, creates an outbound pallet shipping order from the checked warehouse data, retrieves the ZPL label and stores the tracking reference. It can also cancel the XPO order and submit completed order references for an end-of-day manifest.

Yes. Rate and shipment requests send pallet count, total weight and volume to XPO. Available services and destinations remain governed by the connected XPO Logistics Europe account.

The connector supports Standard, Premium and appointment delivery service codes. Which options are actually available depends on the XPO Logistics Europe account, destination and contract configured during onboarding.

The rate request goes through the connected XPO account and queries each configured XPO service. The connector returns the price supplied for that account; myFulfillment does not publish or replace the commercial terms agreed with XPO.

The shipment request includes the recipient address and contact, shipment references, selected service, declared value, pallet count, total weight, total volume and goods description. Dangerous-goods fields are added only when the product has UN data.

After XPO creates the shipping order, the connector requests its documents. It keeps documents typed as LABEL, decodes their data into a ZPL label and stores the tracking code with the confirmed label. A link opens XPO's tracking page for that reference.

No. The connector captures the tracking reference returned with the label and provides the XPO tracking link, but it does not update the transport status.

Yes. For an eligible order, myFulfillment can identify incoming goods that should move to packing without put-away. Once the operator checks and approves that shipment, the normal palletized XPO order and label steps apply.

Yes, for orders created by the connector. It stores the XPO order UUID, uses it for cancellation, and sends completed order UUIDs to XPO's end-of-day endpoint before retrieving the manifest PDF.

You need an active European XPO contract plus the carrier code, client ID, username and password supplied for the account. During onboarding, Boostmyshop maps the permitted services and tests a complete pallet shipment before regular use.
