Orders flow into the OMS, packing is barcode-checked, the DHL Express shipment is created through MyDHL API, then tracking flows back to the customer. Our connector targets DHL Express, through MyDHL API: the international express network, the typical export lane for e-commerce from France. DHL eCommerce (the eConnect API) and DHL Parcel DE (Germany) are separate DHL divisions with their own APIs, not covered by this integration. With a DHL Express contract, myFulfillment creates your shipments on it, label and customs documents included.

Yes. Merchants fulfilling from a French warehouse or 3PL connect their stores and marketplaces to myFulfillment like any other channel. The connector creates the DHL Express shipment at the packing station through your own DHL account and returns its label and customs documents.
No. The connector does not return a monetary DHL rate to myFulfillment. For some DHL Express services, it queries RateBook with your account to check that the selected service is available, then uses the returned service types and charge codes to select the label request type.
For an international shipment, myFulfillment adds the declared value, currency, invoice number, and invoice date to the MyDHL label request. Each product line includes its description, unit value, quantity, customs code, country of manufacture, and weight. The packing flow then produces the commercial invoice with the label.
The connector covers DHL Express: on the network side, an Express return is dropped at a DHL Service Point. Parcel DE return labels and eConnect labelless returns belong to other DHL divisions and do not go through this integration.

Both work. Pickup is booked when the shipment is created, in the same Shipment call, or through the dedicated MyDHL API Pickup operation. Without a scheduled pickup, parcels are dropped at a DHL Service Point.
Saturday delivery is one of DHL Express's optional services, depending on destination and contract. As with other DHL options, check availability on your account; its setup is handled when the integration is configured.
