How Veepee fits with myFulfillment
What is Veepee?
Veepee is known for time-limited sales arranged with selected brands. It also operates Brandsplace, where approved professional sellers can offer products year-round. That makes the operational model different from a standard open marketplace: seller access is subject to selection, campaigns can concentrate orders into a short window, and inventory plus promised dispatch dates need to be prepared before launch. The Boostmyshop module connects the authorized Veepee account to myFulfillment. Orders and product data come in; available inventory, shipped status and tracking go back. A separate Veepee carrier adapter can provide shipping services, rates and labels when it is part of the account setup. It is not the same connection as the marketplace order feed.

A timed Veepee sale, one controlled operating flow
The sales-channel connector imports Veepee orders and returns inventory plus shipment information. If your operation also uses the separate Veepee carrier adapter, myFulfillment can request its configured services and create its label. Each connection keeps its own role.
Veepee sells, myFulfillment picks, packs and ships
Veepee orders enter the OMS with the lines, addresses and shipping methods needed for fulfillment. Your team can filter them by campaign, priority or promised date before routing them to a warehouse.
Veepee orders enter the OMS after each scheduled import
See the featuremyFulfillment calculates available inventory across the selected warehouses, then sends it to Veepee. Reservations and shipments therefore reduce the quantity offered during the sale.
Available inventory goes to Veepee through the scheduled feed

See the featureA Veepee order follows the WMS flow defined for the campaign. Scanning the location and then the item stops any mismatch before the parcel is packed.
See the featureWhen the separate Veepee carrier adapter is included in the setup, myFulfillment creates the label from the packed parcel. This shipping option is not automatically supplied by the marketplace connector.
See the featureThe separate Veepee carrier adapter returns the configured services, rates and delivery estimates for the parcel. Routing rules evaluate them separately from the channel where the order was placed.
See the featureThe Boostmyshop module moves the Veepee order to shipped status with the mapped carrier and tracking number. Status mapping is settled before the timed sale opens. This response travels through the sales-channel connector, not the separate carrier adapter.
Shipped status and tracking go to Veepee on confirmation

When Veepee is enough, and when myFulfillment makes the difference
Veepee controls seller access and the sale format. myFulfillment fits brands that need to turn the resulting order peak into controlled inventory, warehouse and shipping work.
- Veepee orders in the same OMS queue as other connected channels
- Available inventory returned from selected warehouses
- Scan-checked fulfillment with shipment and tracking write-back
- Veepee must approve the seller relationship and campaign scope first.
- Marketplace feeds and the Veepee carrier adapter are separate connections.
- Veepee's returns system is not updated by the verified shipment feed.

How our customers use Veepee day to day
Prepare the sale before it opens, then run Veepee orders in the same operating system as your other channels. myFulfillment keeps the campaign visible in the OMS while warehouse teams work with their usual locations, scans and shipping rules.
Filter Veepee orders by campaign, priority and promised date. Route them to the responsible warehouse instead of processing a sudden peak from a separate back office.
Choose the warehouses and buffer rules that feed Veepee. Reservations and shipments update the available quantity while the warehouse keeps location-level stock.
Scan the pick, pack the parcel and confirm shipment. The Boostmyshop module returns the shipped status, carrier and tracking number to the Veepee order.

Seller selection, campaign terms, retail prices, customer messages and Veepee's returns system stay outside the verified connector scope.

Not only. Veepee's core model is built around time-limited sales arranged with brands, so order volume can concentrate around a campaign. Brandsplace also allows selected sellers to offer products year-round. The setup should reflect the Veepee program your contract covers.

Yes. When the parcel ships, the Boostmyshop module sends the shipped status with the carrier and tracking number to the Veepee order. The exact status mapping is checked during onboarding.
Not by itself. Marketplace orders and shipment updates use the sales-channel connector. Veepee also exists as a separate carrier adapter in myFulfillment; when that adapter is configured for your operation, it can return services and rates and create labels.
myFulfillment can track the internal RMA from request and return label through receipt and inspection. Veepee's returns system remains separate, so any marketplace action outside the verified shipment feed follows the agreed Veepee process.
Validate the offered quantity, warehouse route, order priorities, carrier mapping and promised dispatch window before launch. Run one test order through inventory reservation, scan checks, packing and tracking response, then monitor the campaign as its own OMS filter.
