La Poste integration for tracked and registered mail

The La Poste integration covers these mail services: tracked mail, postage-paid tracked mail, domestic registered mail, international registered mail, and Écopli. Colissimo covers parcels, home or pickup-point delivery, and its own return services. Parcel shipments should therefore use the Colissimo integration.

Yes, for the return record: myFulfillment manages the request, receipt, inspection, and refund or exchange decision. Postage for the return journey depends on the postal solution arranged separately; the mail integration does not create a return label.

No. La Poste acts at the picking and packing stage. Any eligible order already present in myFulfillment can use the configured mail service, regardless of the store or marketplace where it originated.
