This anonymized home & garden e-commerce retailer grew from a single PrestaShop store to five sales channels in under two years: PrestaShop, Amazon, Cdiscount, ManoMano, and a B2B ordering portal for professional clients. The team of four handled everything -- purchasing, packing, shipping, and customer service. Growth was exciting, but the operational backbone was crumbling.

The Challenge

The fundamental problem was fragmentation. Each sales channel was its own silo. Amazon orders lived in Seller Central, PrestaShop orders in the CMS back-office, Cdiscount and ManoMano in their respective portals, and B2B orders arrived by email. Stock levels were tracked in an Excel file that someone updated 'when they had time.' The result was predictable chaos: overselling on Amazon because Cdiscount sales hadn't been deducted, orders shipping 1-2 days late because they got lost between tabs, and inventory counts that never matched reality. As one team member put it: 'It's chaos... Excel files scattered everywhere and paper sheets left and right.' Training new hires was painful -- it took 3 months for someone to understand all the platforms, all the workarounds, and all the mental rules the team had built over time.

What We Configured

Each sales channel was connected via native marketplace connectors. Orders auto-import every few minutes into a unified dashboard with consistent status tracking. The unified stock engine calculates available quantity across all channels and pushes real-time updates -- when a sale happens on Amazon, PrestaShop stock adjusts within minutes. Order statuses flow both ways: when an order is packed and a label generated in myFulfillment, the marketplace is updated automatically with tracking information. Invoices are generated from a single template regardless of channel origin. Priority rules ensure urgent orders (express shipping, B2B same-day) surface at the top of the preparation queue.

New warehouse staff become autonomous in 2 weeks instead of 3 months. The guided workflows replace tribal knowledge with systematic processes anyone can follow.
