This anonymized home & garden e-commerce retailer grew from a single PrestaShop store to five sales channels in under two years: PrestaShop, Amazon, Cdiscount, ManoMano, and a B2B ordering portal for professional clients. The Challenge

Order statuses flow both ways: when an order is packed and a label generated in myFulfillment, the marketplace is updated automatically with tracking information. Invoices are generated from a single template regardless of channel origin. Priority rules ensure urgent orders (express shipping, B2B same-day) surface at the top of the preparation queue.
