How We Built Error-Proof Warehouse Workflows for a Lyon-Based 3PL

A Lyon-based third-party logistics provider (3PL) serving local e-commerce businesses. The company is a DAPI enterprise, meaning its workforce includes people with disabilities who require highly structured, foolproof processes. Their clients sell through multiple channels including WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, and PrestaShop stores.

The Challenge

The company faced three major problems. First, their existing WMS was not connected to their clients' CMS platforms or marketplaces. Orders arrived by email and had to be manually retyped into their system -- a slow, error-prone process that couldn't scale. Second, their clients had relatively few product references but high volumes per SKU, requiring chaotic storage across multiple locations -- something their old system couldn't handle. Third, their workers needed extremely simple, step-by-step processes with zero room for error, given the nature of their workforce.

The Solution

We onboarded them onto myFulfillment with a comprehensive setup covering both order management and warehouse operations.

This is a DAPI enterprise employing workers with disabilities who require ultra-simple, error-proof scanning workflows. Every manipulation is guided by PDA with audio and visual alerts.

The Results

The impact was immediate. One of their e-commerce clients, a children's adventure game company, explicitly thanked the 3PL because without this migration, they would have been unable to handle the holiday 2025 growth surge and would have had to switch to a different logistics provider -- something they wanted to avoid because working with this enterprise is part of their values.
